Because
of this unity, Harman Lodge 222 and the Community Foundation have
award a $500 scholarship every year sents 2003!
The Scholarship Fund is setup, so that only students
with Masonic affiliation will recieve the it and if we have multiple
or non-Masonic affilatted students the Scholarship will be based
on the students GPA etc.
We hope to give larger and larger mounts every
year.
Harman Lodge 222 does have a say in who recieves
the Scholarship because a Community Foundation commity member
will present and recommend the student that qualify. As a matter
of fact, the 2010 scholarship had five students that were highly
recommended by the Community Foundation commity members and Harman
Lodge voted to have the Community Foundation pay for one student
a $500 scholarship from their funds and Harman Lodge 222 paid
for the other 4 students, $500 each, from it's personal funds!
Now a little about how you can support
our local Scholarship.
The simplest way is to make a gift to the Foundation
for the Harman Lodge #222 AF & AM Scholarship Fund. Be sure
to let them know this because the Community Foundation support
may grants and scholarships.

For Students!!
Scholarship information is avaiable in Fabruary
and can be obtained from high school guidance counselors, accessing
our web site or giving the Community Foundation a call.
Deadline is typecally the end of March or first
week of April.
